But there's nothing less constructive. Putting the past where it belongs and living in the now while looking to the future is the only way to grow. Everything happens for a reason, both the good and the bad. And there's some good in everything even though we don't see it. We may never see it or understand the reasons but have to believe there's a greater plan at work than the one in our small lives.<br /><br />So don't beat yourself up.
